GNV4ALL Virtual Meeting set for January 24th at 6 p.m.
Gainesville for All supporters are invited to participate in a Jan. 24 virtual meeting at 6 p.m. to discuss this year’s top priorities – improving school attendance and discipline in Alachua County Public Schools.
GNV4ALL is launching a public awareness campaign that will target both parents and students. The campaign will feature billboards and public service announcements in print, on social media, cable TV, and radio. (Look for our billboards in east Gainesville in February).
A video contest centered on the importance of regularly attending school is also underway. Students from kindergarten to 12th grade are encouraged to enter by sending short videos of up to 2 minutes to gnv4all@gmail.com.
